The preparation time is generally 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is ready, it is shipped according to the selected delivery method.
Pre-order items have specific timeframes, which are indicated directly in their product description. We invite you to review them before confirming your order.
Important: During busy periods (especially holidays), preparation times may be slightly extended.

If you choose delivery to a pick-up point, you will need to select your collection point after confirming your order so that it can be shipped.
Please ensure that the postal code entered matches the address of the selected pick-up point.
If no pick-up point is selected, we will automatically choose the nearest one to the address provided when placing your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This number will allow you to track your parcel in real time via the carrier’s website.

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email sent to your email address after your purchase.
You can also find it in the shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

An order can be modified as long as it has not yet been processed by our team.

If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Please include photos of the item concerned as well as your order number in your message so that we can process your request quickly.
We record all order preparations and will open an investigation if necessary to verify the situation and provide you with a prompt solution.
After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution (exchange, refund, or reshipment of the item).

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel, provided that the items are new, unworn, with their tags attached, free of any odor, and returned in their original packaging.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to submit a return request.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Please contact us at mygoldendress.contact@gmail.com to initiate the return and wait for our confirmation before sending the parcel.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. Initial delivery fees are not refundable unless the error is on our part.

If you would like a different item, you may return your order and place a new one with your preferred options.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days.
